Getting started

What is the free initial assessment?

One 30-minute conversation focused on one priority problem. Afterwards we send a short written summary of the likely gaps, the business impact worth investigating, and recommended next steps.

What doesn't the free assessment include?

It gives you preliminary direction. It doesn't include extended interviews, source-code review, production access, detailed process mapping, solution architecture, or validated savings calculations. If we'd need more evidence to be sure, the summary says so.

What's the difference between the free and the detailed assessment?

The detailed assessment is a separate engagement for problems that need investigation before a solution can be scoped reliably. It can include interviews, process mapping, a technical review, data sampling, and a cost baseline. Its scope and completion point are agreed in advance. It's optional: if the need is already clear, we can scope the implementation directly.

How much does it cost?

The initial assessment is free. Everything after it is customized to the need, so we don't publish prices. You'll get a written proposal with scope, deliverables, and ongoing third-party costs before any work starts.

What we build

Do you build custom software?

Yes. We build custom applications, customer portals, websites, workflow tools, and integrations. We also configure and connect the platforms you already have, and recommend replacing a system only when the evaluation supports it.

What is RPA replacement?

Robotic process automation (RPA) uses software "bots" to repeat manual steps. It can get expensive through licenses and frequent repairs. We evaluate which of your RPA workflows are worth replacing, build a tailored replacement that may combine conventional automation and AI, and hand it over to you. Some workflows are better left on their current platform, and we'll tell you which.

Will AI eliminate my maintenance costs?

No. AI can reduce manual work, but it has its own running costs, such as hosting and usage fees, and it still needs maintenance and human review. We include those costs when we compare options.

Ownership and support

Who owns what you build?

You receive the agreed source code, documentation, configuration information, and training. Any third-party components and services with ongoing costs are identified in the project scope.

Do I need a support contract?

No. Support is optional and separately agreed. Your team can operate the solution, or PartnerBiz can maintain and improve it. You can move from one to the other.

Who we work with

Who are your clients?

Mid-sized businesses and growing government contractors, meaning companies that serve government customers. We work with CEOs, owners, COOs, CIOs, CTOs, and functional leaders.

Do you write government proposals?

No. We help contractors build the operational and information foundation that bids and contract delivery depend on: systems, data, processes, and people.

Can I hire you for just one thing?

Yes. Technology, talent, and transformation work best together, but you can engage us for one focused service.

Still have a question?

Ask it in the free assessment.
